A New World Christmas
From the Caribbean Islands to the Andes Mountains, this concert swings with Latin American melodies and rhythms. Steel drums, guitar, harpsichord and a host of percussion instruments lend a tropical breeze to our Christmas concert.

Music by Stephen Chatman
Vancouver’s most distinguished composer, Stephen Chatman, joins us for the US premiere of his “Magnificat,” featuring texts in Latin plus the six official languages of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, and “Earth Songs,” a choral-orchestral work inspired by the universal spirit and beauty of our natural world. The musical variety in this Chatman compositional showcase is sure to amaze and delight you!

From Heaven on High
Prepare for the holidays with our concert of carols for the nativity, including the two most popular German chorales – “From Heaven on High” and “Silent Night,” sung with impeccable clarity and nuance by Cantari. With selections from medieval to modern music, a compelling performance awaits you!
